Tract Number 14
Matthew 12:31-32, "Wherefore I say unto
you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the
blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be
forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall
not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to
come."
Many people in this world are confused
about the sin that will take people to Hell. There is only ONE sin that
will take you to Hell. 1
John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us
our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Nobody can receive forgiveness of
their sins unless they repent.
The Lord will forgive every sin that is repented of.
The only thing man has to do to go to Hell is absolutely,
NOTHING. The only sin that
cannot be forgiven is blasphemy of the Holy Ghost.
There are some who believe they have already committed this sin.
Some think this sin is drinking, but drinking is not the
unpardonable sin. Drinking
will not take you to hell.
People drink because they are already on their way to hell.
Others, think that this sin is adultery, murder or a host of
other sins, but these are not it either.
Multitudes believe the sin that will take them to hell is cursing
God or using profanity. It
is wrong to take God’s name in vain or use profanity.
It is a shame for men to even think of cursing the very God that
gives them air to breathe.
Murder, adultery, profanity, and thousands of other sins are not the sin
or sins that will take you to hell.
These are only fruits of a wicked heart that needs cleansing.
BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOLY GHOST, is simply the rejection
of God’s only begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST.
Man can commit sins and be forgiven for them, but man cannot step
over the Blood of Jesus Christ and go to Heaven.
God gave Heaven’s best for man’s worst and if we reject the plan
of God, we will pay the price of: Being cast into The Lake of Fire
Today Jesus is standing at the
door of the heart, knocking, and wanting to come in.
If you do not open the door you cannot have eternal life.
After the Lord keeps knocking any you keep rejecting, there will
come a time when the Lord may never knock at your heart’s door again.
This would be sad.
Today, is the day of SALVATION.
Revelation
3:20, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice,
and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he
with me."
